Information for members of the media attending the 2025 UCI Road World
Championships, including details on accreditation.

A media guide containing all necessary media related information will be sent to all accredited media soon. If you have any question, please contact communication@uci.ch

MEDIA ACCREDITATION

Media can request accreditation directly online (http://uci.getyourevent.online/), between the 10th of June 2025 and the 15th of September 2025. For any enquiries related to media accreditations on the UCI platform, please contact communication@uci.ch

VENUE ACCESS

Media accreditation will not automatically provide you with access to all competition venues at the 2025 UCI Road World Championships. Rather, venue access is determined by the UCI based on several factors; including your requests to cover specific events and space available at the venues.

ACCOMMODATION

Hotel rooms in a range of properties across Kigali are available for accredited media to purchase. Details are in the event accommodation booking system and those who have been approved for accreditation will be provided with access to review and make reservations. You are also welcome to make your down arrangements to best suit your own needs.

PARKING

There are a limited number of parking spaces available for accredited media, next to the entrance of the Official Media Center.
